How to Buy the Products/Services

Step 1:

Let say customers want to purchase the external hard disk from our SmartOnlineShop. First of all, they should open the site as soon in above. Next, they should pick the brand and the color of the hard disk that they want. After done those things, then click on the “Add to Cart”.

Step 2:

After they click on the “Add to Cart”, the site will show as above. In this shopping cart, it will show the description of the item that the customers selected with the amount of prices. In case the customer need to change the product to another brand or want to remove the item, thus they only need to click either “update” button or “remove” button that nearby the “quantity” area. Once customers complete the procedure and want to take a look another products or items that available in our blog, they only need to click the button of “continue shopping”, or otherwise, click “check out” button or “check out with PayPal” to making transaction.

Step 3:

At this step, which is the site that making transaction. At left hand side, it shown the order summary of all items that customers was order. In this step, customers should confirm what items that they need to buy. In PayPal shopping cart, customers can rearrange items, change the quality and continue with Proceed to Checkout.

Step 4:

Now, customers need to log in to the PayPal. Once customers chosen PayPal method to settle the transaction, they should have been registered the PayPal account in advance. Thus, customers just need to log in only.

Step 5:

In this step, which is let customers to review the transaction This allow customers to confirm and double check the item in their payment. This is to avoid the unnecessary trouble. Once customers click the “Pay Now” button, then the money will be send.

Step 6:

In step six, which is PayPal confirmation and delivery. This is a confirmation page about our customer’s payment. Please continue by clicking Return to TheNet button(on the picture from demo mode that customer can see Return to Netzwerk). This step is essential. After clicking this button customers will be redirected back to our website where the items customer have payed will be delivered to our customer.
